AlphaTime Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: ATMCU) is a special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.

 

Our business strategy is to identify a prospective target business that will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location but will initially focus in Asia. However, we will not consummate our initial business combination with an entity or business with China operations consolidated through a VIE structure.

 

Our management team intends to focus on creating shareholder value by leveraging its experience in the management, operation, and financing of businesses to improve the efficiency of operations while implementing strategies to scale revenue organically and/or through acquisitions.
